We are headed to Pittsburgh for the weekend and I still need to pack and get the car loaded by noon so this is going to be short and sweet today!
THIS watercolor cross project that I found at Mrs. Ehle's Kindergarten Connection. I decided to try it out with my religious ed class this week and it was a success!! I don't normally paint with them because we have such a short time together each week plus it isn't my classroom so storage and clean up can be a problem. I wanted to do this project so badly that I made it work and the kids were great. Their pictures didn't come out as bold as the examples that I saw and the ones that I tried but they still look great. Liquid watercolors are awesome. They can definitely stain your hands and make more of a mess than the little watercolor cases but the colors are more intense and it dries really fast.
